Existing two commercial units at ground floor with small 2 flats at upper levels.
The new development is to create 9 new and modern flats, without causing any disturbance to the commercial units at the ground floor during the construction stage. This was the challenge duing the design stage to deliver a design to the client constrains and brief.
The work included, underpinning the perimeters of the properties from external, constructing steel frame with strengthening work to the existing without any disturbance to the existing commercial units at the ground floor.
